We believe it’s what we do that makes the difference.

All the facts and figures that talk to our size, diversity and years of history are notable – but they are secondary to the truest measure of Deloitte: the impact we make in the world.

We reshape public services, making them more efficient to deliver, and accessible for the people that need them. Whether we’re moving your applications to the cloud, using data to keep cities moving or digitising citizen services we are the trusted technology advisory and delivery partner for the public sector.

Join us at our exhibition stand from 7th to 9th March to learn more about how we help clients deliver technology enabled transformation. We will also be running two workshops over day 1 and 2, where you can hear more specifically about client case studies and where we have made a real impact that matters. Make sure you come by to hear more.

Snook are an award-winning and highly regarded Service Design and Social Innovation Agency based in Glasgow and London.

We have been applying Service Design methods (including co-design and co-production) in our work with Public, Third and Private Sector Organisations since 2009, working with national government, local authorities, the police, health, social and education services across the UK. We believe that design provides organisations with a practical way of engaging all stakeholders and ‘doing’ innovation.

We use agile approaches, design methods and tools to support organisations to co-design and co-produce new service models that:

  1. make services function more efficiently: considering end-to-end interactions, and integrating digital as an integral part of a wider offline service.
  2. make services more effective by improving the experience of those seeking, receiving and delivering services and the resultant impact of services.
